Since 2018, our founder ran their own online store — same as thousands of small sellers across the country. WordPress, fifteen to twenty plugins stacked on top of each other, a server that crashed without warning, and 3 to 5 days of downtime almost every month. Every crash meant lost orders, lost customers, and hours spent fixing things instead of selling. It became clear Bangladesh didn't have one truly reliable, locally-built e-commerce solution — and looking around, other entrepreneurs were fighting the exact same fires.
