By creating a StoreLine account you agree to these terms. If you use StoreLine on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

You must be able to enter a contract under the laws of Bangladesh to open an account.

You own the products, photos, text and customer data you add to your store. We store and serve them on your behalf so your store can operate.

You are responsible for making sure what you sell is legal and accurately described.

The trial gives full access for fourteen days for a one-time ৳99 fee. After the trial you choose a monthly or yearly plan.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

You may not use StoreLine to sell prohibited goods, run fraudulent offers, or attack, overload or reverse engineer the platform.

We may suspend a store that puts other stores, customers or payment partners at risk.

We target 99.99% uptime and monitor the platform continuously. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak selling hours whenever possible.

No platform can promise perfection, so uptime is a target, not a warranty.

You can close your account at any time and export your data before you go.

We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
