Set up your store pages, menu and footer
Write your About, Contact, FAQ and policy pages, choose your header style and menu categories, and arrange the footer's links, contact details and social links.
Your store comes with seven content pages, such as About Us, Contact Us, FAQ and your policies. Write them in Store Pages, choose what your header and menu show, and decide what goes in the footer at the bottom of every page.
Before you start
- You need the permission Storefront design. Store Owners and Admins have it. Managers and Staff don't have it by default.
- Fill in your phone, email and address in Settings → General first. The Contact Us page and the footer can use them.
Steps: write your store pages
6 steps · ~4 min
Step 1
Go to Settings → Storefront → Store Pages.Step 2
Pick a page on the left: About Us, Contact Us, FAQ, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions.Step 3
To start from ready-made text, click Use ready-made copy and choose English copy or the Bangla copy. It replaces what is in the editor.Step 4
Change the Page title if you like, and write or edit the Content.Step 5
Optional: under Search engine listing, add an SEO title and SEO description for Google.Step 6
Click Save changes at the top. Then click View saved page to open the page on your store. It shows the page as last saved.
A page you've edited but not saved has a dot next to its name. If you switch pages before saving, StoreLine asks you to Save & continue.
The Contact Us and FAQ pages
- Contact Us has Phone, Email, Address and Opening hours fields, prefilled from Settings → General. Edit a field to use a different value on this page only.
- FAQ has Intro text at the top, then Questions & answers. Click Add question for each one, drag the cards to change the order, and use the bin icon to remove one.
The FAQ home page widget can show these questions too. See Choose a theme and build your home page.
Hide a page
Turn off the switch next to the page name (it reads Hidden) and save. The page is no longer shown on your store, and footer link columns leave out the link to it. In the list, the page is marked Off.
